Agreement

I understand my teams registration will only be completed once registration fee of R500 has been paid to XP ARENA. I agree that my team will pay before the commencement of any game at the front reception. I agree that my team will pay full amount and run no debts. I am aware that if any players are running late for Kick-Off it is our teams responsibility to cover any outstanding amount to ensure game starts on time. Your team will receive a token after full payment has been made at reception. Games will only kick off once both teams have handed their tokens to the referee. Once one team has handed in their token to the referee, the opposing team will be considered late if they are not ready by the scheduled kick-off time. For every 2 minutes they are late, a goal will be awarded to the opposition. My team commits to a full season at XP Arena. In the event we need to leave the league mid-season, we agree to provide XP Arena with a 2-week notice period to allow time to find a suitable replacement. XP Arena, its management and employees will not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft or damage suffered by any players or visitors on the premises. Any misconduct whatsoever at XP Arena will be dealt with management accordingly. I understand the summer special runs between 6 January 2025- 6 March 2025.
