The service comprises of preparation, organisation, and arrangement of the entire project on a technical and logistical basis respectively.

We will deliver and create a platform for youth players to gain experience and exposure at the best youth tournaments in the world.

These projects will see selected players complete a pre-tournament preparation phase where all areas of focus technically, tactically and logistically are addressed, ticking all the relevant boxes. This team would represent XP FC in respective tournaments.
XP FC will provide a head coach and an assistant for the entire process. The head coaches and technical staff of XP FC will assist the appointed coaches for the team throughout the project during the preparation phase as well as during the actual tournaments.
The company will deliver a model on what has been tried and tested in the past for teams travelling abroad. The insight, knowledge and experience are what XP FC are willing to deliver, with the added incentive of a fully organised trip to the world’s biggest youth tournaments.
